Name: Janet Montgomery (images | Facebook | Twitter)
Hometown: The English city of Bournemouth, according to her Wikipedia profile.
Best Known For: Janet's two longest-running TV roles couldn't be much different. She played Ames, a thief who joined Christopher Chance's team on Human Target (somewhat as comic relief) in its second season, and she's played Eric's assistant Jennie on HBO's comedy Entourage.

Her most high-profile film to date is Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan, playing a fellow dancer jealous of Natalie Portman's character -- the only one of the dancers with a British accent, really only speaking in a couple of scenes, but I was happy to recognize her.

This fall, she'll be seen onscreen with fellow crushes Rashida Jones and Zooey Deschanel in the comedy Our Idiot Brother.
Humble Beginnings: Wikipedia notes that she appeared on a British children's show called Short Change when she was 12, alongside her brother. She later guest-starred on the edgy teen drama Skins and starred in a few direct-to-DVD horror films.

In America, she starred in a Lifetime made-for-TV movie called Accused at 17, playing a young woman who insists she's been framed for murder by her supposed best friend. (This being Lifetime, of course her mother embarks on a crusade to find the truth.)
On Human Target.
Why Ye Olde Podcaster Likes Her: She brought a lot of fun to her work on Human Target, as well as helping pretty up what had been a very testosterone-heavy show. Sad to see it end after just two short seasons.

I'm presuming she'll be in the final season of Entourage, hence my including season 8 below. (I haven't seen that show in a few years, so I've also missed the appearances by fellow crush Autumn Reeser, sadly.)
