Hometown: Marlton, N.J., according to her Wikipedia profile.
Best Known For: Not being, apparently, a porn star with a similar name. Actually, Brit's largest screen role to date is Debbie Pelt, a werewolf leader, on HBO's True Blood; she joined the cast in season 3 and will continue into this summer's season 4, if IMDB is to be believed.

She previously co-starred in the ABC Family series The Middleman, based on an independent superhero comic of the same name, alongside fellow celebrity crush Natalie Morales. She and Morales appeared in Quitters together and are in an unreleased film called Freeloaders along with fellow crush Olivia Munn. (More on Morales to follow...)

Brit is signed on to Manson Girls, in pre-production, along with fellow crush Tania Raymonde and former supermodel Estella Warren. (As the philosophers of old often pondered: Is one ever a "former" supermodel?)
Humble Beginnings: Arguably, everything before True Blood -- or, more charitably, before The Middleman -- would count here. Other work includes guest roles on Greek, Cold Case and CSI New York, and some online and/or sketch comedy work not listed below due to its obscurity.
Obligatory Edgy Stuff: She and Natalie Morales have worked together in at least one other project, a steamy and Sappho-riffic music video linked from the provocative photo at right.

Why Ye Olde Podcaster Likes Her: She was fun on The Middleman and turned in great work on Cold Case. And I look forward to seeing her work on True Blood season 3 -- of which I only saw a couple of episodes in its original run.
